How long does it take to receive an order?

Your order is shipped in 1 to 2 days. Our average delivery times are 6 to 8 working days.

Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?

We deliver worldwide. Delivery costs are free from X euros purchase for any order.

What happens if no one is home?

Don't worry, our items will be left in your PO Box if they are small enough. Otherwise, your parcel will be left at your post office where you can collect it.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Don't worry, if your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
